Newborn First Aid is a comprehensive 2-hour course by Summit First Aid. Tailored for expectant parents who are looking to learn first aid for infants, it covers the following topics:

• Safe sleeping
• Daily newborn care
• Infant CPR
• Drowning
• Choking
• Insect Bites
• Head injuries
• Tissue injuries
• Febrile convulsions
• Allergic reactions
• Rashes & common diseases
• Poisoning
• Emergency birth
• Who to call

Cost is $160 per couple, with classes capped at 4 couples per session to maximise learning. Please select your preferred date - our upcoming dates are:

About Jade: Jade has over 25 years experience as a nurse and midwife. Jade has worked mostly in rural areas and has a comprehensive understanding of emergency situations that may arise when help is not close at hand. Her passion lies in education, specifically educating new and expecting parents and preparing them for medical challenges that may arise in parenthood.
